DMI HomeStagers may not be the least expensive homestaging company in New Zealand just the best.

Our package prices are based on the number of rooms furnished or staged. The basic rental period is 4 weeks, plus our special DMI HomeStagers Complimentary Week, to allow time for photography and advertising.

The DMI HomeStagers Standard Package includes:

  • onsite consultation for enhancements
  • kitchen
  • living room
  • dining room
  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2 bathrooms
  • entrance
  • lobby (if required)
  • accessories
  • linen
  • soft furnishings
  • mirrors
  • ceramics
  • books, magazines

Our package price also includes freight, assembly, maintenance, removal, insurance (if property has a security alarm).

  • Fresh perspective - consultation
  • More rooms can be furnished, as required

  • Fresh flowers delivered weekly


DMI is pleased to be able to offer homestaging customers storage for the duration of their homestaging. Time to load the furniture on and off the truck both at the property and at DMI is subject to a charge as is the trip from the property to storage at DMI.

The return trip to the property is not charged as DMI would already be returning to the property to upload their furniture.

Owner in Residence:

This service is where we finish off a house that needs a little help. People may be living in the property and have a lot or a little furniture already but it all needs to have those finishing touches. We may even advise the vendor to remove some furniture that is tired or dated or maybe it’s disproportionate to the space. We do charge a bond for this service of $1,000.


If what you need is just some help to show the best of your house, one of our experts can come to your house and help you by giving you pieces of advice. This consultation will cost you only $300+GST and you will be able to see immediatly the results.
